Lidl takes 3rd place overall and highest placed retailer
Lidl Ireland have been named the Most Sustainable Retailer and 3rd Most Sustainable Organisation overall in the Ireland RepTrak® Sustainability Index 2024 study of 100 prominent organisations.
The position is the retailer’s highest placing since the study began in 2011 and underscores Lidl’s commitment to tangible action to fight climate change, protect the environment and build a better social and economic future for the next generation.
The Index, now in its thirteenth year, tracks the perceptions of more than 5,000 members of the public on 100 prominent organisations in Ireland and measures sixteen sustainability factors across Environmental Impact, Social Performance, Workplace and Conduct.
